3D CAD Industrial Product design
If you provide us the rough sketch or 2D drawing or enough description of product idea. We can convert those inputs to 3D CAD Industrial product designs & drafts with dimensions.
We can convert your 2D drawings to 3D CAD designs. Can provide CAD files, step files, IGES Files, DWG, dxf, pdf files as deliverables.
Rapid Prototyping
Whatever the CAD designs we done from your product Idea. We make it into a working prototype.
We use 3D printing, cnc milling, cnc turning, laser cutting, laser engraving etc processes to make prototypes.
We make prototypes in Plastic, wood, metals (steel, aluminium, brass, copper, carbon steel etc), acrylic, PC etc materials based on requirements.
3D printing
We provide 3D printing services if you provide us with CAD 3D files like STL, STEP files. If you doesn’t have CAD files , we can create them on our own bases on your requirement and 3D print them
We use FDM, SLA, SLS & Resin printing methods. We can coat or paint and ship 3D printed products to you.
We use this 3D printing process for prototypes & small batch of production
Plastic Injection Molding
We Mass produce the plastic parts in plastic Injection Molding.
We do mold designs & make physical molds also and ship them.
We use any kind of plastic in injection molding based on the requirement.
Requirements :
We need CAD file of product or rough sketch or physical sample from Buyer to replicate the product in plastic injection molding.
Rubber molding
We do mass produce Rubber, Silicon like flexible material make parts in Rubber molding.
We use Natural Rubber, Silicon rubber, Nitrile Rubber, PU, PVC etc based on requirements.
Requirements:
We need CAD file of product or rough sketch or physical sample from Buyer to replicate the product in plastic injection molding
CNC Milling & CNC Turning
We do CNC Milling in 3 axis, 4axis, 5axis CNC machines on any material (plastic, metal, wood etc).
We need CAD 3D file (step file or IGES file) from you to do cnc milling or if you don’t have CAD file, we will make CAD from your description and make milling out of that CAD and ship Milled product to you
We do CNC Turning on any material like metal, plastic, wood etc.
We need a rough sketch of product with dimensions or the 2D draft with dimensions are enough to do CNC milling or turning.
Laser Cutting & Sheetmetal CNC Bending
We do Laser Cutting of Acrylic, Steel, Brass, Copper, PC, Derlin, Aluminium & MS materials.
We need DWG or DXF file needed or if you don’t have, a 2D draft with dimensions is enough, we can develop the CAD files from it and use then in Laser Cutting
We provide services of sheet metal CNC Bending along with Laser cutting.
& Can be done on metals and non metals
Laser Engraving or Etching
Laser engraving or etching on metals like steel, aluminium, Mild steel, brass, copper & non metals like plastics, wood can be done at our facility.
